Acceptable store use
Use the store for genuine personal or property-supply enquiries. Do not probe security, submit false identities, interfere with checkout, scrape private areas, upload malicious content, misuse discounts, place unlawful orders or harass support staff.
Ground-reach and height boundary
Products are designed around ground, long-pole or otherwise safely protected access. Do not stand on an unprotected roof, lean beyond a safe working position, use damaged ladders, work alone at unsafe height or operate a pole near overhead cables. Strong wind, ice, lightning, poor visibility and unstable ground are stop conditions.
Chemical product rules
Read the delivered label before use. Ventilate; wear gloves and eye protection; keep products from children, pets, food, watercourses and unintended plants; never mix products; and never transfer them into food or drink containers. Adults must handle sealants, adhesives, cleaners, moss treatments and coatings.

Tool and surface rules
Inspect poles, locks, nozzles, brushes and fittings before use. Keep people clear of falling debris. Test cleaners and coatings on a small inconspicuous area. Do not apply tape, adhesive or coating to unsupported, load-bearing, wet, brittle or structurally damaged material.
No structural or permanent claim
Do not rely on a maintenance consumable as a structural repair, guaranteed waterproof life or complete biological eradication. Repeated leakage, sagging, widespread damage, movement, electrical risk or unknown roof condition requires appropriate professional assessment.
